Winsome Bathroom in Wyndham Hills Neighborhood

Winsome Bathroom in Wyndham Hills Neighborhood

As a parent, you always want to bring your children joy and excitement. Our client perfectly executed that mission by remodeling this bathroom shared by two daughters.

Upon entering the bathroom, your eyes are instantly drawn up to Shade of Light’s, Vintage Modern Crystal Chandelier. The ripple glass and crystal pendeloques take a turn towards vintage elegance. In this section of the bathroom, you will also find two white 60” vanities, equipping each sister with their very own work space. Each vanity is topped with Viatera’s Shadow Grey quartz, Kohler’s white Caxton undermount sink, and Brizo’s Allaria Luxe Nickel widespread lav faucet. Mounted above each vanity are Kengston’s Modern & Contemporary 40” x 30” Rectangular Bathroom Vanity Mirrors. Both mirrors are flanked with Mila by Z-Lite Brushed Nickel Wall Sconces.

The bathroom floor is now varnished in an indulgent porcelain tile from end to end. Qualis Ceramica’s Paradise White Hexagon tile puts a twist on tradition while still showcasing a stone look. Making your way through the bathroom, you will be met with a stunning ceramic tile shower. The shower walls are lined with Marazzi's 12”x24” Marble Obsession, Arabescato Polished, tile in a 1/3 Horizontal Stagger pattern. A 28” x 12” niche is centered on the back wall for storage. The niche and shower floor are dressed in 2”x2” Soho Hex Mosaic tiles in the color Gallery Grey. The shower curb sill and niche sill are capped in matching Viatera Shadow Grey quartz to accent the vanity tops. Continuing with the Brizo line, the shower fixtures include Brizo’s Allaria Luxe Nickel Raincan showerhead and Allaria Luxe Nickel Handshower with a slide bar. The shower is enclosed with a 3/8” clear glass pivot door with a brushed nickel ladder pull.

To complete the look, this bathroom is furnished with all Gerber Parma accessories, including two towel rings, two towel bars, a robe hook and a toilet tissue holder. Additionally, overhead recessed lights were installed as well as a Panasonic Whisper Ceiling Lighted Bathroom Fan. A few final touches include installing Berenson hardware knobs on the vanities, new Schlage lever handles on the bathroom and linen closet doors, and adding a new heat register cover.
