Modern Farmhouse Kitchen In Red Lion, PA

We were contacted by homeowners who were in the design phase of planning their new custom dream home BUT they didn't love the proposed kitchen design. So we redesigned it and presented the updates to them using our 3-D CAD program which allowed them to visualize our proposed changes. They loved the new design and Red Oak Remodeling was awarded the project.

Double-stacked painted Elias Custom maple cabinetry was installed in Morning Dew with a shaker profile on the perimeter and Dried Thyme shaker cabinetry for the over-sized 9' long island base cabinets. Lennon granite made of neutral, earth tone colors including brown, white, and black was selected for the countertops. A Rev-A-Shelf lazy-susan, knife storage drawer as well as double slow-close trash bins were incorporated. An Elkay 60/40 Dusk Gray, quartz sink with low divide was selected and a Moen, Sleek High Arc Faucet in matte black with a pull-out sprayer was installed. A plain creamy white subway tile with a small beveled edge was applied as a backsplash. Oil rubbed bronze cup pulls adding to the modern farmhouse look and decorative knobs were selected for the hardware. Under the cabinet dimmable LED lights were installed with a light rail.

A coffee bar station was incorporated on the adjacent side wall which includes a stainless-steel mini bar sink with a Moen arc mini bar faucet in matte black. We incorporated the same creamy white cabinetry and Lennon granite as well. Creamy white beveled back- splash tile was used again to create flow between the two spaces. Two glass mullion doors in the center upper cabinetry add a touch of interest and allows the homeowner to show off glass stemware and collectibles. A detailed grained LVT wide plank flooring with rich dark chocolate tones, manufactured by Karndean was installed throughout the entire 1st floor.

Morning Dew, Elias custom built-in wall cabinets were installed in the dining room with glass mullion doors with a handmade stained wood counter top perfect for entertaining and the over-sized countertop serves as a buffet area for all the family's large holiday gatherings. The same oil rubbed bronze pulls and decorative knobs were carried over from the kitchen cabinetry.
